OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Callum Matthews trading as Kitsune Trove. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kitsune Trove.
Kitsune Trove provides this website, including its information, features, products and services, to you subject to these Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when using our website or placing an order.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity conducted through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings. Raw trading-card condition can involve an element of reasonable judgement, so customers should review the description, condition information and all available photographs before ordering.

Professionally graded cards are sold according to the information displayed on their sealed grading case. We do not guarantee that a raw card will receive a particular grade if subsequently submitted to a grading company.
Product availability, descriptions and prices may be changed without notice. We may limit the quantity of a product available to any customer.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products.
We may decline or cancel an order where, for example:
• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised purchasing
• Delivery cannot be completed to the address provided
• An order exceeds an applicable purchase limit
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
Please check your order and delivery information carefully before submitting it. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The total price, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete checkout.
Kitsune Trove is not currently registered for VAT. No separate VAT amount is charged or recoverable unless this position changes and the website is updated accordingly.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using the delivery services displayed at checkout.
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within two working days. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them. If you appoint a carrier that was not offered by us, responsibility may pass to you when the goods are given to that carrier.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available at:

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Returned trading cards, graded cards and sealed products may be inspected against our original listing photographs, certification details, identifying features and dispatch records.
A refund can only be issued for the same genuine item originally supplied. Suspected substitution, tampering or fraudulent returns may be reported to the relevant payment provider, delivery company or authorities.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY BRANDS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Kitsune Trove name, original branding, website design, written content, photographs and other original material may not be reproduced or used commercially without our permission.
Products and product imagery may contain names, characters, logos and trademarks belonging to their respective owners. These remain the property of those owners.
Unless expressly stated, Kitsune Trove is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pokémon, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Bandai, Toei Animation, One Piece or other third-party rights holders whose products may be sold or discussed.
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and browsing. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit its content without permission or another lawful basis.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies and social-media platforms.
Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of websites we do not control.
Any concerns regarding a third-party product or service should be raised with the relevant provider, although you may contact us when the issue relates to an order placed directly with Kitsune Trove.
SECTION 9 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process orders.
Purchases from Kitsune Trove are made directly with Kitsune Trove, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of the products displayed on our website.
Information may be processed by Shopify as explained in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy information.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

Information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers where necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders, prevent fraud and provide customer support.
SECTION 11 – REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a review, image, suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing.
You give us permission to display and use submitted feedback in connection with operating and promoting Kitsune Trove. We will not disclose personal information beyond what you have chosen to make public unless permitted or required by law.
We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or infringing.
SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the website:
• For unlawful or fraudulent activity
• To infringe another person’s rights
• To provide false or misleading information
• To transmit malicious software
• To interfere with the website’s operation or security
• To impersonate another person or organisation
• To collect personal information without authority
• To conduct unauthorised automated scraping or excessive automated access
• To attempt fraudulent payments, returns or product substitutions
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
SECTION 13 – WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our business, website, services or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on this page. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an accepted order.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.
Disputes may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction under applicable UK law.
