Processing times
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within two working days. During particularly busy periods or around public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery options
Available delivery services and their prices will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Higher-value cards, graded slabs and sealed products may require a tracked delivery service to provide additional protection.
Packaging
We take great care when preparing every order.
Individual cards are placed in protective sleeves and rigid card protection before being securely packaged. Graded cards and sealed products are wrapped and boxed appropriately to protect them during delivery.
Tracking
If your selected delivery service includes tracking, you will receive the tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your name, order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate the issue and help resolve it.
